We monitor your investment portfolio on a daily and on going basis as follows: ü Keep you informed of up-to-date information regarding each company ü Alert you as to going concern issues in the audit reports ü Bankruptcy filing ü Loss of key customers or product lines ü Discontinuance of a business segments ü Extraordinary events ü Failure to file the required audited financial statements with the SEC. *
Use our monitoring service as a back up to the other services you have with your stock brokerage firms. We are your source for a second opinion on what is occurring with your investments. We will rate any company. If you want to check up on a particular company that was recommended by a broker just request a rating after you fill out the online form. All we need from you to get your investment portfolio monitored is the following: 1) The company name and/or 2) The ticker symbol That is all. We do not need to or want to know how much your investment is worth or its cost to you.
